1. Scope of application
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop.
 
2. Contracting party, conclusion of contract
The sales contract is concluded with musumusu GmbH.
 
The presentation of products in our online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. You can initially put our products into the shopping cart without any obligations and correct your entries any time before sending your binding order by using the correction tools that are provided for this purpose and which are explained in the course of the ordering procedure. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. The receipt of your order is confirmed by email immediately after you have sent the order.
 
The conclusion of the contract with musumusu depends on the type of payment chosen by you:
 
PayPal Plus
As part of the PayPal Plus payment service, we offer various payment methods as PayPal services. After submitting your order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. There you can enter your payment data and confirm your payment order with PayPal. This is how the contract with musumusu is concluded.
 
3. Contract language, contract renewal
The languages available for the contract are German, English and Italian.
 
We store the text of the contract and send you the order data and our terms and conditions by email. You can view and download the terms and conditions on this page at any time. You can view your past orders in our customer login.
 
4. Terms of delivery
There are shipping costs in addition to the indicated product prices. You will find more information on the amount of the shipping costs in the offers.
 
We deliver only by mail order. You cannot pick up the product.
 
5. Payment
The following payment methods are available in our shop:
 
PayPal Plus
As part of the PayPal Plus payment service, we offer various payment methods as PayPal services. You will be redirected to the website of PayPal. There you can specify your payment data, confirm the use of your data and payment instructions with PayPal.
 
If you have selected the PayPal payment method, you must be registered there, or have to register and authenticate with your access data, in order to be able to pay the invoice. The payment transaction is automatically executed by PayPal immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction. You will get more information during the ordering process.
 
If you have chosen the payment type credit card, you do not need to be registered with PayPal in order to be able to pay the invoice. The payment transaction will be carried out by your credit card company immediately upon confirmation of the payment instruction and as a legitimate cardholder at the request of PayPal and your card will be debited. You will get more information during the ordering process.
 
If you have selected the payment method direct debit, you do not need to be registered with PayPal in order to pay the invoice. With confirmation of the payment instructions, you issue PayPal a direct debit mandate. You will be informed by PayPal about the date of the account debit (Prenotification). By submitting the direct debit mandate immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction, PayPal requests its bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be executed and your account debited. You will get more information during the ordering process.
 
6. Reservation of proprietary rights
The goods delivered shall remain our property until full payment of the goods.
 
7. Warranty and Guarantee
The statutory warranty rights shall apply. Information about any applicable additional warranties and the conditions can be found on the product page and on special information pages in the online shop.
 
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for claims due to damages caused by us, our legal representatives or agents
 
• in case of injury to life, body or health,
• in case of intentional or negligent violation of duty,
• in case of guarantee promise, where agreed, or
• insofar as the scope of application of the product liability law is opened.
 
In the case of a breach of essential contractual obligations, which is a requirement that enables the execution of the contract in accordance with the regulations, and which the contractual partner may regularly rely on, (cardinal duties) by slight negligence of us, our statutory representatives or agents, liability shall be limited to the damage foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded and that will typically occur. Furthermore, claims for damages are excluded.
 
9. Dispute Resolution

We are not obligated or willing to participate in a dispute settlement procedure at 
dispute resolution bodies.
