Cashmere

Cashmere is a natural fibre obtained from the fine, soft undercoat of the cashmere goat, originally native to the Himalayan mountains. Cashmere is one of the finest animal fibres, and the processing requires a lot of care and time. The natural fibre is obtained by combing the goats, then cleaned of grease and dirt and in a separation process all coarse hairs are removed from the fine. Thereafter, the fiber can be dyed and spun into cashmere yarn. Weaving and knitting and the final refinement by repeated washing, drying, massaging or treatment with water vapor gives the fabric the desired appearance and feel. The rarity and delicacy makes cashmere an exclusive and expensive natural product which usage can be dated back to the 14th century.
Yes, all our products are made of 100% cashmere. The different look is due to the various production methods and which yarn was used.
All our articles are produced in Nepal, our production facilities are situated in Kathmandu.

Order and payment

No, you can also place your order as a guest. However, an account allows you to review your order later.
After you have placed your order we will immediately send you an email that we have received your order. Once your order is on its way you will get another email with the tracking information of your parcel.
For deliveries to EU countries, all listed prices include VAT.
For deliveries outside the European Union VAT does not apply.
We offer payment via PayPal, credit card (Mastercard, VISA and American Express) or pre-payment per bank transfer.
In addition, for deliveries to Germany we offer Lastschrift (direct debit).
For Credit Card and Lastschrift we use the service of PayPal.
Paying with your credit card on our website is safe. In the payment process you will be forwarded to PayPal, which is one of the most renowned and secure payment systems on the market.

The order will be delivered to you by DHL.
The shipping costs depend on the order value and the place of delivery. You can find detailed information here.
Yes, we also deliver to DHL Packstations.
Yes, our service provider DHL will provide you with the tracking information.
Yes, just fill in the name and address in the delivery address section. Please note, that the final price will take into account the shipment cost for the corresponding country.

Cancellation and returns

Yes, you can cancel your order. We will confirm the cancellation with a cancellation receipt via email. More information on cancellation can be found here.
If you do not wish to keep a delivered article, please notify us within 14 days and return the article. Do note that we only refund items that are impeccable just like we send it to you. More information can be found here.
No, you don’t have to pay the shippings costs for returns.
As soon as the articles have been returned to us and we have checked them your money will be refunded. This happens as soon as possible and usually within two weeks after we have received the goods.
